At American Web Verse, we pride ourselves on offering high-quality, custom digital services, including website development, branding, SEO, mobile app development, and marketing services. As a service-based business, each project is uniquely tailored to the client’s needs. To ensure fairness and transparency, we have outlined the following comprehensive Refund Policy:
1. No Refund for Change of Mind
Once a service agreement has been confirmed and payment has been processed, no refunds will be issued for change of mind, project abandonment, or dissatisfaction that is not based on a failure to deliver agreed-upon services.
Clients are encouraged to review all service details and clarify expectations before proceeding with payment.
2. Project Commencement, Deposits, and Non-Refundable Milestones
- All deposits and milestone payments are non-refundable once work on your project has begun.
- Deposits serve as commitment fees, securing your place in our project queue and covering initial planning, design, and resource allocation costs.
- Any custom design work, research, strategy, development, or drafts created are billable regardless of project completion.
3. Refunds in Cases of Non-Delivery or Non-Communication
We hold ourselves to a professional standard of communication and delivery. However, in the unlikely event that:
- We fail to initiate work on your project within the mutually agreed timeframe, or
- We fail to maintain communication for a period exceeding 30 consecutive days without prior notice,
then you may be eligible for:
- A Partial Refund if portions of the project have been completed, reflecting the unfinished work, or
- A Full Refund if absolutely no substantial work has been delivered.
Refund evaluations will be conducted on a case-by-case basis, and approved refunds will be processed within 14 business days.
4. Client Inactivity, Ghosting, or Abandonment
To maintain momentum and ensure project success, active collaboration and communication from clients are essential.
- If a client becomes non-responsive (i.e., fails to provide necessary materials, approvals, or communication) for more than 90 days (3 months) despite follow-up attempts,
- The project will be deemed abandoned, and no refunds or partial refunds will be issued.
- Restarting an abandoned project may require payment of additional fees based on the scope of rework or scheduling adjustments.
5. Obligation to Contact American Web Verse Before Filing a Dispute
In the event of dissatisfaction or concerns regarding service delivery:
- Clients must first contact the American Web Verse team directly at [[email protected]](mailto:[email protected]) or by calling (443) 978-3119 to request a refund or resolution.
- Only after allowing reasonable time for resolution (typically up to 14 business days) should any third-party payment dispute, chargeback, or claim be considered.
Failure to contact us before filing a dispute may void eligibility for any goodwill adjustments or refunds and could result in suspension or termination of any active services or accounts.
6. Non-Refundable Services
Certain services provided by American Web Verse are non-refundable once initiated, including but not limited to:
- Domain registration and renewal fees
- Website hosting services
- SEO (Search Engine Optimization) campaigns
- Paid Advertising Campaign Management (e.g., Google Ads, Facebook Ads)
- Content Creation and Copywriting services
- Monthly website maintenance retainers
- Mobile App Development work (post-initial delivery)
Once these services are started or purchased on your behalf, they become non-recoverable expenditures.
7. Scope of Work and Additional Services
Refunds are not available for dissatisfaction based on:
- Subjective expectations not outlined in the original agreement.
- Changes requested outside the agreed project scope.
- Delays caused by client-side factors such as late submissions, lack of feedback, or repeated revision cycles.
Requests for major additions or changes beyond the original service scope will be quoted separately.
8. Exceptional Circumstances and Discretionary Refunds
We are committed to client satisfaction.
In rare cases of exceptional hardship or project failure outside both parties’ control, American Web Verse may offer discretionary refunds or service credits at management’s sole discretion.
Such goodwill refunds are not guaranteed and do not set a precedent for future transactions.
9. How to Request a Refund

- Full name and contact details
- Project reference or invoice number
- Detailed explanation of the refund request
- Supporting documents or evidence, if applicable
Our management team will review your request thoroughly and provide a decision within 14 business days.
10. Acceptance of this Policy
By engaging our services and making payments to American Web Verse, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to all terms outlined in this Refund Policy.
